Where do babies come from?

Is it ethical to forbid and add limitations to the families to have only one/two children? And if they exceed the limit, thy would have to pay taxes. (like in China). Is it great job to create a factory, which literally produces babies like a breeding machine and get paid, because government pays you some cash for increasing the youth in the population? (like in Denmark).
Is it ethical to make more children just to indulge and develop your bloodline, your roots, while millions in another part of the earth are dying from starvation…

Strange differences and you cannot disagree that the current (overall) size of population in mother earth just makes us parasites. It hard to speak in such terms, because I was born in such country too, there are no limits, but still as a simply loving nature person I can just add that it leads us to something gulf.

You see it is a big dilemma.
We can chose to do nothing and pretend that it should be like this and make families, but in the same time exhaust the earth and make for the future generations (even our own children) life harder, darker than we had before.
We can just try not to make babies, but that would lead all the population to senescence. And it would suddenly collapse, because most part of it would become older and eventually die in huge amounts.

And the only fact is that we cannot live in perfect harmony, maybe because we are to alien for this earth or just to big predators.
