Oats
Being strictly vegan I am always keeping in mind different food values, such as calories, saturated fats, carbs, Proteins (proteins, oh proteins!), minerals and more, just to keep body in fit shape (ready for action!), whenever it’s apocalypse or I just need to run a marathon – doesn’t really matter.
To feel light, full of power and energy and in the same time healthy I need to eat various non-animal based suplements, foods. For example in between meals as a snack to provide piece of proteins and fill the daily norms of other. I used to eat sunflower seeds, different types of nuts and I still do + oats – the son of the b**** in this post (sorry for rude language).
This random image just found on the INTRA-WEBS inspired to write something and in the same time nothing at least just sharing this full of harsh language image, which is also full of blasphemy and on the other hand – motivation. OATZ!








This blog is a pure example of how random digital and real lifes can be: amazing fusion between them is what inspires me. Combining semi-personal reviews with general creativity, inspiration and a bit of procrastination I am trying to publish something interesting for a random person, no matter who she or he is.
flapjacks!!!
i’ve got one on my way to work this morning (along with Energy boost). Flapjacks are amazing as breakfast (or any other meal really)substitute or just a snack for vegans caught up in rush – normally there’s always at least 1 vegan option (out of 3).
so yeah…: OATZ!! (high five)
