The 51st State of America… well that’s what I was told.
As you know by now, V and I are trippin to and now in Lithuania! It’s my first time in Eastern Europe!
What has happened on our adventure so far:
V and I spent first phase of the trip in Copenhagen, specifically: Christiania and of course hotel room, why? maybe because it was freakishly cold outside – my little baby toe is still waiting to be revived from it’s cold coma. Plus a little bit of snow, which was not that bad.
Next morning (very early
) after gigantic freeze attack we had to get to the airport on time. Flights: Copenhagen to Warsaw – went well (minus all the smelly polish people, that’s mean, but can’t hide the fact(that’s what V said)), and the second flight from Warsaw to Vilnius was delayed a few hours, but we made it! Yes we did! And I was very surprised to find that there were at least 6 American’s (not including myself), on the plane.
The next few days V gave me a tour of his hometown. We were going to walk across the lake to one of the islands but I heard the ice start to crack and ran back to the shore. V said it would be ok, but he also told me he has fallen in a few times before so I decided that he wasn’t the most reliable source (lol) and stayed on land the rest of the walk. And I bought some awesome Lithuanian souvenirs to take home with me.
Past days were more than awesome, but just on Christmas Eve we finally went to see Castles and historical monuments! I don’t think it was very exciting for V but it was for me. I love visiting old castles and towns and everything that is really, really old because I don’t get to see history like this in America. And tonight I get to eat a Lithuanian Christmas Eve dinner with (all pseudo vegetarian and pure vegan(v’s case)) 30 freaking dishes (standard is 12 though)!
That’s it for now.
But what’s next for us? Vilnius!
P.S.- I’m not spoiled.

This blog is a pure example of how random digital and real lifes can be: amazing fusion between them is what inspires me. Combining semi-personal reviews with general creativity, inspiration and a bit of procrastination I am trying to publish something interesting for a random person, no matter who she or he is.
