some randomness
You get to hear this question annoyingly often. How are you. And so often you doubt if a question mark/tone is needed. These days it’s just a mere politeness, with so few people who are ready to listen. To really listen.
And to be truthful, you certainly don’t want to make your thoughts audible just to everyone. Normally what you do is just give the usual “I’m good/alright/fine/ok/not bad, thanks/ta. How are you?” in return and continue on minding your own business. Or whatever was that you were doing.
Tour Des Chambres 2010
Second Tour des Chambres I experienced so far in Denmark, and being more precise in my dormitory’s block #13. If my memory is not too blurry I think there were some posts about this event and tradition in general in this blog.
This time we visited 7 different rooms with 10-12 people in overall (don’t remember) and spent more than 10 hours wondering around. I was testing a camcorder in the night-stance, therefore produced a small documentary video, which should somehow inform you, what Tour des Chambres is about and how it works.
Born to run
A while ago one of my friends asked me if I’m reading any kind of books. I had to face a fact, that for a while (about a year and a little bit more) I haven’t had any kind of so called “book” in my hands, except those multimedia design and communication materials for studies (books and articles about: programming, overall design, business, communication). Basically everything, what was needed to read in the field I’m professionalizing in.
Recently I found a book, which caught not only my mind senses but also eye with it’s cover. I knew that I have to read, think it felt like seeing a first twilight book for a teenage girl. The book is called: “Born to run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen” and was written by Christopher McDougall. Sounds overwhelming doesn’t it?
Meet Christian
I’m sticking with a new tradition of introducing and marking totally random, but somehow interesting people, which tend to pop out in my way of life.
This is it, this is a guy. His name is Christian and here are some random facts about him: he is danish, graphic designer, #8 for the girls, apple guy, metal fan and ginger. Moreover - No, he doesn’t have soul, but he have never denied it or was sad about it, instead he has an unlimited ammunition of jokes and weird things, which comes from really really strange and sometimes sick sense of humor.
Intership starts
First day as an Intern in the company. In fact there is nothing to mention apart that it’s really interesting and time just flies by. Already gathering resources and data for the project based on the internship and whilst keeping work logged I feel as safe as a baby in those protective mothers hands.
Meanwhile check few logo projects(on the right) I was working on recently.
Further updates and just blogging about “nothing” soon.
10 things I like (today)
One external blog gave me some inspiration and few concrete ideas on how to broaden our blog and make it more interesting for our target group, which actually is really hard to describe. Whenever I try I end up with myself, my beloved friends, random internet strangers, who likes to spend their time lurking, reading, watching.
This time I let you, my dear readers, know what kind of 10 things is in my head at the moment, which are not related to me anyhow and I’m not a part of it, for example – drawing, which is an action and too abstract for this list:
