A while ago, in the previous post about how the Badass owl tshirt was made I used a not that “owlish” owl idea. Based on it I just had to revive it, therefore friends paper sheet with some water colours came in handy.

Moreover the end result was more than satisfying, that’s why I decided to transfer it purely, without editing anyhow for the tshirt printing.

This letter (above) not only made me laugh, but also kicked my ass for not doing anything tshirt drawing/designing related lately.

From my dear canadian dreamer Emily, which should be already somewhere in Korea starting to teach kids english, I received full package of special dimensional fabric paint and as I had 100% chill based saturday, decided to spend it doing something, what makes me happier. Here’s a demo picture of what I came up with:

Conclusion: This paint is harder to apply and draw on the fabric, although gives that dimensional feeling and when dry is like gum, which probably makes it more resistant to washing than acrylic paint, which dries into more solid and firm plastic form.

Here comes a new tshirt design, based on the typography and one street art-writings, somewhere in the city I’m living in (check a photo here).

Dorm mate Ilona published it in one of those photo albums (“Århus randomness”) and left a caption, that it would be nice to have a tshirt like that. Knowing my passion for tshirts and  the line, which makes so much sense (at least to me, go go electric!), I felt a must to play with some graphics and bake a final product. It is minimal, precise and as electric as possible.

Like this drawing, example, which comes from past two night when I recapitulated the request and started working on it: “cat with a shoe instead of it’s head” – seriously wtf? Only Canadian people can request things like that and shark-gorillas, hitler-robots etc etc. – unimaginable.

And as time goes by I’ll try to revive all of my previous designs to the public. Only in this way I’ll make sure they will stay longer, because paint often just goes off after year or two.

Somehow f**k buddies are really inspiring.

Here’s one of the latest projects not related to a school, which could be categorized as just another material for the cyberpholio.

I’m thinking to print this one sooner or later, oh and those crazy ideas are popping and popping into my head, so brand new projects awaits? Maybe.
